As the company tagline states, this is truly “a different kind of real estate company”. Coldwell Banker Preferred hired me through Polley Associates to provide my Feng Shui for Real Estate course for continuing education to all its agents.
The response from the class was very positive, and consequently, I was then hired to provide feng shui consultations for all the offices of Coldwell Banker Preferred. The company is enjoying great success and growth.
My work with each office varied from basic feng shui consultation to comprehensive design direction such as the new Lower Merion office in Albrecht’s and the Society Hill office in Philadelphia.
